Our friends Stu and Sara came up, as well as Aunt Sue and my dad and Steve's parents. We had a steady stream of visitors, but that makes it tons of fun. We went over to Put in Bay on the 3rd and had a great time. We also got a sitter one night and went to dinner and Sandusky and saw "The Hangover" - it was ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard at a movie.
Stu also introduced us to a new drink that is awesome - its sweet tea vodka and lemonade. OMG - it is sooooo good. Here's a link to the vodka, I'd never heard of it before: http://www.fireflyvodka.com. I tried to make it "healthier" by drinking it with light lemonade. You can't even tell it has alcohol in it - it's the perfect summer drink!
Tank escaped while we were up in Catawba. We didn't even realize it and were out on the golf cart when the Catawba Island Township PD called. Tank still had the 30 foot leash that he was tied to the tree with around him, so he was pretty conspicuous. The cop was nice enough to bring him home, leash and all in his police cruiser.
I had a fun Saturday with the kids while Steve was up at his guys weekend. I went out to get in the car for my diet coke run that morning and found that my car battery was dead. This is the 3rd time this has happened in past couple of months. My back door sticks and if I forget to slam it the door doesn't close all the way and the light stays on, draining the battery.
The last time I tried to jump my car I didn't do it right and melted my jumper cables. So I had to call my dad to come out and help me. Then, Brayden locked Curran in his room in the dark and she was FREAKING OUT. It took me like 15 minutes to get her out and when I finally found her she was on B's bed with the covers over her head. This all happened between 7-8am. Good times! Here are some pics from the last week:
Brayden has zero interest in toys. ZERO. However, if you give him some sort of adult electronic or power device, he is as happy as a clam. See evidence below:

Curran loves laying on her stomach. Her latest thing is to lay on her stomach when I want her to walk, say at a store or in a parking lot.
Here is the pretty girl, showing off her chiclet teeth:
